Easy Chocolate Cherry Cake |

Ingredients:
- 1 box chocolate or Devil's Food cake mix
- 1 can low-fat or fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 C chopped nuts (walnuts, or pieces)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix the dry cake mix with the can of evaporated milk, just until cake mix is moistened; do not overmix.
- Spread into a greased 9" x 13" pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Distribute pie filling over top of the cake mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350ºF.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the cake; return to oven for an additional 15 - 20 minutes; do not overbake.
- Cool, then cover cake to retain moisture.
