Holiday 2000 Basket Exchange and Potluck |
Ingredients:
- 4 - 6 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 C water
- 1 pkg colby cheese
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) Stove-Top stuffing, chicken flavor
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Instructions:
- Place chicken in 13 x 9 pan and cover with cheese.
- Mix soup with the 1/4 C water and spread over the cheese.
- Put dressing over the soup and drizzle melted butter over top.
- Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350ºF. Uncover for last 15 minutes.
