Recipe:   Colby Chicken

Event:   Holiday 2000 Basket Exchange and Potluck

Ingredients:

  • 4 - 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1 pkg colby cheese
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) Stove-Top stuffing, chicken flavor
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Instructions:

  1. Place chicken in 13 x 9 pan and cover with cheese.
  2. Mix soup with the 1/4 C water and spread over the cheese.
  3. Put dressing over the soup and drizzle melted butter over top.
  4. Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350ºF. Uncover for last 15 minutes.
