Recipe:   Pistachio Bundt Cake

Event:   Holiday 2000 Basket Exchange and Potluck

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. pistachio jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C water
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 1/2 C chocolate

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine all of the above ingredients, except the chocolate, and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Measure 1/2 C of the batter and stir in the chocolate.
  • Spoon batters alternately into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan.
  • Zig-zag spatula thru batters to marble.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes then remove from pan.
  • Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
