Pistachio Bundt Cake |

Holiday 2000 Basket Exchange and Potluck |
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. pistachio jello
- 4 eggs
- 1 C water

- 1/2 C oil
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 1/2 C chocolate
|
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine all of the above ingredients, except the chocolate, and mix for 2 minutes.
- Measure 1/2 C of the batter and stir in the chocolate.
- Spoon batters alternately into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan.
- Zig-zag spatula thru batters to marble.
- Bake at 350ºF for 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes then remove from pan.
- Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
