Holiday 2000 Basket Exchange and Potluck |
Ingredients:
- 1/2 C oleo
- 1/2 C oil
- 2 C sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 1/2 C flour
|
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cardamom
- 1 tsp. vanilla
|
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Cream oleo, oil, and sugar together.
- Add remaining ingredients (dough will be thick).
- Grease jelly roll pan, spread dough in pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn off oven and remove from pan. Cut into pieces about 2 1/2" x 3/4"
- Turn on sides and return to warm oven. If you like them soft, do not dry very long; or leave them until the oven cools if you like them harder.
