Recipe:   Bagna Calda Dip

Event:   Holiday 2001 Basket Exchange and Potluck

Ingredients:

  • 1 large (16 oz.) onion dip
  • 5 - 6 clovers garlic, minced
  • 2 cans anchovies
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temperature

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients together, using hand mixer; blend well.
  2. Chill at least one hour.
  3. Serve with your favorite veggies or crackers.
