Note: Please list all classes in order of preference. This way, it is easier for us to know what your overall top choice is. Please do NOT list any class that you are unwilling to take. If there is only one class you want, you may list only that one - however, that does not increase your chances of getting into that class. It simply means that if your one choice is already full, your registration check will be returned.

All forms postmarked by November 20th will be treated as first day registrations. On that date, the forms will be opened in random order and you will be assigned to your first available choice. Then, second available choices will be assigned in reverse order. Registration will remain open until February 5, 2007 if there is still class space available.

Enclose with this form a check or money order payable to Land of Lincoln Basketweavers Association for $35 (for one day) or $65 (for two days). Your registration will not be processed without this payment. You will receive class confirmations by December 18th, 2006. At that time, you will be given a deadline for payment of material fees to guarantee your class space. For any cancellations after classes have been assigned, up to January 15th, 2007, your registration fee will be returned minus a $15 charge. No refunds will be given after January 15, 2007. An order form for kits available to pre-order will be included with your class assignments.
