Registration Information

Registration for the workshop is due by February 15th.   When choosing classes, please list them in order of preference.  Return the registration form,  $40 registration fee and a self-addressed stamped envelope addressed to:

The registration fee covers the cost of renting the convention center, continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday and various other expenses involved in offering the workshop.  On February 16th we will draw the registration requests randomly and make class assignments.  Forms received after February 15th will be processed in the order received and assigned the remaining spots available.

Class assignments will be mailed shortly thereafter. The instructor/material fees will be due by March 10th.  You will also have a chance at that time to order kits (when available). Because of the quick turnaround of class assignments, we will not be able to refund registration fees.

Non-members of LLBWA are welcome to attend, but need to add $10 to the cost of registration.  An open weave area will also be available, but you must fill out a registration form and include the registration fee.
